Insurance Claims

Direct billing to your insurer allows the customer to have the glass on your vehicle replaced and only pay the excess at the time of replacement.

Usually £75.00, but this will vary from different Insurers.

To check if we can invoice your insurance company direct, call us today and we can advise you on how we can make your replacement as simple as possible, and arrange a convenient booking for you. We can take the excess payment via a card payment machine on the day of replacement or when you make the appointment.

Customers that are registered for VAT will be invoiced for any VAT and excess payment at the time of repair or replacement.

COMPANY CARS

If you are covered on your company insurance policy, we can send the invoice direct to your insurance company leaving you only having to find the cost of the excess payment and Vat,  which we can invoice your company on a 30 day account.**

Glass claims do not usually affect your no claims bonus*.

We are authorised to direct bill the majority of insurance companies, however some companies do not support local trade, and will make you use a national company. But do not assume that all companies do this. They don't, and you are generally free to select who replaces your vehicle glass.
